The president, while giving  his speech during the 60th anniversary in October 1, pointed out at Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administrations beginning from Olusegun Obasanjo’s in 1999 up to that of President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015, of presiding over the near destruction of Nigeria. He said, "No government in the past did what we are doing with such scarce resources.
